Our Summer in Pictures

Sooo....it's been awhile since I've updated the Wallace blog.  So many things have happened!  Here's some snapshots of what the summer looked like.

Hanging out with our favorite niece in Hawaii

Helping my garden grow (and I must say I didn't help much, pretty much just planted them and let 'em do their thing!)

Steven went fishing with a guy from his work.  This is the only fish Steven caught.  At least he's cute! (and yes, I mean Steven!)

Jam makin' time!  Whoo hoo!

We also got to hang out with our friends and take pictures of them underwater.  Hi, Pat & Des!

Coco willingly swam on her own!  This is the documentation.  We have not tried since - I'm still basking in the glory of her wonderful doggy paddle like a proud mama!

We got to meet a new friend, Brian.  He's from China.  I have a feeling we are going to be seeing a lot more of him very soon! :-)  And yes, we like to take crazy family pictures - dogs included.

My wonderful friends from The Nest.  Just one more reason why I wanted summer to last longer.

Vincent!  Yes!  What a great time to have him stay with us for two and a half weeks in August.  It was awesome, because well, he's awesome!  And we are also going to be seeing him again in a few short months...fun times.

Seaside with my family.  One of our favorite places.  Where we get to do lots of this...

Vincent came with us to Seaside too!  This was at Ecola State Park - an adventure!

My sister Kelly took this picture and she's very proud of it.  I love it.  And I love the man in that photo.  This summer God radically put our lives on a different path.  I'm so excited to pursue what God has for us with this man.  He is my best friend.

Steven got his window busted on his Jetta by some punk.  Bummer.  He found a replacement window for $50 at a junk yard - score!  He is so handy he even replaced it himself.

Scenic views at Mount Rainier with Vincent right before he headed back to New York.  We had a blast taking pictures (each of us had a DSLR -- haha, we were quite ridiculous).

Vincent playing in the snow!

Right before I headed back to work, we photographed my aunt's wedding.  It was awesome.  And officially launched our careers as professional photographers.  You gotta start somewhere - so why not a wedding? Now we have a website, business license and portfolio!  Aren't they cute?  Love them!
