Ok, so we're not "back" in the sense that we left from SeaTac...but we are back in our normal timezone! That is exciting. You know what else is exciting? The fact that we left Sioux Falls, SD this morning at 5:10 Central. That means we got up at 1:30 a.m. Pacific time. Holy moly that is early. Our flight to Pasco doesn't leave Seattle until 1:35 this afternoon and we've already been here two hours. I think I need a nap!
What I'm looking forward to about being back home: sleeping in (how is it that never happens on vacation?), the pups, warm weather (we only saw 80 degrees twice the whole trip), no more humidity, no more long hours in the car (yesterday we drove from Wisconsin to South Dakota), home cooked food. :-)
What I'll miss about vacation: stress free attitude, spending gobs of time with the hubby, exploring new places, spending time with family (we were with Steven's parents who live in Arizona and his niece who lives in Kirkland), eating ice cream everyday because it is vacation. :-)
