End of a Season

Last Friday Steven & I drove up to Toppenish to watch the Lady 'Stangs take on the Wildcats.  Varsity was exciting (not in a good way), it was scrappy street ball with moving screens and the like!  Talk about physical.  They pulled it out in the end to retain their undefeated league status.  Go Mustangs! 

Kelly played after Varsity.  I didn't take my camera to the game last time and the first question Kelly asked after "are you coming?" is "did you bring your camera?" So here are just a few of the many Steven & I took.

This one Kelly got the ball at half court and took in for the lay up.  It's a great sequence of pictures actually.  Except for the fact that Steven purposely stuck his head in the way on the most important picture...and it's actually a good one!  Don't worry, Kell - there are some others of you shooting.  And I'm sorry to say I don't remember if she makes it or not.  I was too busy getting mad at Steven for messing it up.  Boys!

Good game, Kelly!  I'm proud of you for sticking with the season and working your butt off.  I saw an improvement in the way you played between the two games I saw (even though they were less than a month apart).  Way to go, sista'!  I be proud.  And sorry I jumped on your foot after the game -- good thing your season is over! :-)
